Help and support information for Monster notebooks
Should you ever find yourself in the situation in which you need help and support for your Monster II notebook, of course we will be very glad to be of service to you. Be sure to keep your original invoice ready when you contact us.
Every Monster II notebook comes with three years of free hardware technical support through email and our regular land line phone numbers (excluding respective call rates). Support for software is limited to driver support for officially supported operating systems only.
In the rare event we cannot solve your problem through email or phone, we generally offer a 22 month hardware warranty on carry-in basis. Specific warranty terms are mentioned on your initial offer and the final contract.
General exclusions from this hardware warranty usually are batteries (3 months); screen (12 months warranty, no explicit or implicit (sub)pixel defect warranty except for any defects exceeding thresholds from ISO 13406-2 norm, further to be specified on request); SSD's, non-BOXED CPU's, Blu-Ray drives (12 months warranty); accessories and other hardware supplied with notebook (12 months); no software warranty. You are also required to keep the full original packaging for as long the product is under warranty to be able to return the product to us for service reasons, we cannot accept products for RMA unless they have been properly packaged according to our standards.
Additionally, our General Terms and Conditions (Dutch version only) apply on all our products and services. In case of any dispute these will be governed according to Dutch law only and will be brought before a Dutch court only. Application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded ex. Article 6 CISG.
